s c r u m p t i o u s

oh my my
semester break makes me a professional chef, or perhaps bakal suri rumah yang berjaya?aminn


oh well, this is my 1st attempt...
of cooking laksa utara


.some viatnamese mint, pineapple,onion and some green chili.which is very expensive in melb.

the gravy. looks a bit red here, i purposely put extra red chili.
ingredients for gravy :  sardine in can t, 2 glass of water,chili paste one table spoon, ginger flower (kantan),shrimp paste (belacan)


 then .. salt and sugar.fell free to adjust to suit ur taste.
note : shrimp paste, salt and sugar. play around with these 3 ingredients sampai mak enon puas hatii.
lastly i put some prawn to make it rich. penoh perot.

nah .siap , senang ja!
